The term HAJDE is born from the simple but powerful Albanian word “Hajde” which is likely derived from Turkish “Haydi” and even older Arabic “hayya” (حيّ) meaning lets go, move or come which in colloquial use became a call to action or invitation. HAJDE or AJDE is a common term today in many Balkan languages meaning “Come on” or “Let’s go” or “Andiamo (Italian)” which connected to our brand philosophy is both a greeting and a promise — an open invitation to explore with curiosity, warmth, and wonder.

Behind HAJDE Explore stand two professionals whose paths in tourism came together through a shared passion for culture, storytelling and meaningful travel. Enes Toska (Managing Director) brings years of experience in tourism combined with a strong background in architecture and cultural heritage. As a certified trainer for tourist guides in Kosovo by FEG, his work focuses on management quality, authenticity, and interpreting places beyond the surface —connecting history, urban space, and local identity into well-structured experiences. Complementing this approach is Muhamer Hasani (Creative Director) whose professional background in sociology and journalism adds depth, storytelling, and social perspective to every tour. His extensive experience in tourism, working also as a certified trainer for tourist guides in Kosovo by FEG, he focuses on narratives, human connections, and the voices behind the places visited. This dream team proved to be a natural and fruitful one — where structure meets creativity, and facts meet stories transformed into the experiences/tours that are thoughtful, engaging, and deeply rooted in local culture.
Alongside Enes and Muhamer stands a dedicated team of other professionals and certified tourist guides who share the same vision and values of HAJDE Explore, adding expertise, passion, and local insight to every step of this journey.
