Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all tours, experiences, and services provided by HAJDE Explore LLC (Official name: HAJDE Explore SH.P.K. – Unique identification number 812316231) offered in Republic of Kosovo (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”, “we”, or “us”). By booking or participating in any tour or experience, guests (“you”) agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. GENERAL INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS

1.1 Company Services
HAJDE Explore LLC operates as a tour operator offering guided tours, cultural experiences, and related travel services. All services are delivered in accordance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.

1.2 Booking and Participation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company. By making a booking, guests confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

1.3 Respect for Local Culture and Communities
Guests are expected to respect local customs, traditions, religious sites, and cultural heritage throughout the tour. Appropriate behavior, dress, and conduct are required, especially when visiting sensitive or sacred locations. Guests will be informed in advance about any specific dress codes, cultural norms, or site-related requirements prior to the tour.

1.4 Respect for Local Professionals
HAJDE Explore LLC works closely with certified local guides, drivers, artisans, and service providers. Guests are expected to treat all local professionals with respect and courtesy. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated. Tips or gratuities are welcomed if guests are happy with the services provided; however, there is no fixed or mandatory tipping rate applied in Kosovo, and tipping remains entirely at the guest’s discretion.

1.5 Health, Safety, and Responsibility
Guests are responsible for their own health, fitness, and personal belongings during the tour. Guests are obliged to inform the Company in advance of any health conditions, medical issues, allergies, or special requirements that may affect their participation in the tour. The Company reserves the right to refuse participation or terminate a tour for any guest whose behaviour or undisclosed condition compromises safety or the experience of others.

1.6 Changes and Modifications
The Company reserves the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries, schedules, or services due to weather conditions, safety concerns, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control.

2. PAYMENT METHODS
HAJDE Explore LLC offers the following payment options:

2.1 Adult and children tour prices
For children from 0 to 7 years the tour package price is FREE; children from 8 to 12 years pay 50% of the package price, while children over 13 years pay the full package price.

2.2 Credit Card Payment and Paypal
Guests may pay via credit card when booking an experience directly with the Company only through our web page. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

2.3 Bank Transfer
Payment via bank transfer is accepted. Guests have the flexibility to pay at least the 50% of the total tour price at the time of booking and the remaining 50% on the day the tour is experienced, unless otherwise agreed in writing. During the bank transfer, the cost of banking services must be covered by the guest themselves.

2.4 Cash Payment
Cash payments are not preferred except only if explicitly agreed by the Company in advance and confirmed through written communication (email or official message via WhatsApp).

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

3.1 Guest-Initiated Cancellations
A booked and paid tour may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. In such cases, guests are entitled to a 50% refund of the total amount paid.

3.2 Late Cancellations or No-Shows
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour start time, or failure to show up, are non-refundable.

3.3 Company-Initiated Cancellations
If the Company cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered an alternative date, an alternative experience, or a refund, depending on the situation.

4. REVIEWS

4.1 Feedback, Suggestions, and Comments
HAJDE Explore LLC is committed to providing high-quality and professional services. While we strive to deliver the best possible experience, guests are warmly encouraged to share their suggestions, recommendations, or comments to help us improve our services.

4.2 Reviews and Communication
Guests may submit reviews, feedback, or comments via email directly to the Company. Constructive feedback is highly appreciated and helps us enhance future experiences.

5. STATEMENT: By booking and participating in any tour or experience with HAJDE Explore LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
